18. Unlawful possession of naval, military or police stores

Any person who knowingly detains, buys, exchanges or receives from any Government servant any accoutrements, clothing, or other marine or police stores or necessaries or any other property belonging to

Government, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine of $500

or imprisonment for 6 months.
