Subject to Part 5, if the Board is satisfied that a member of the Scheme has died, it shall inform the Probate Officer who shall proceed forthwith to exercise his powers under section 13 of the Probate and Administration Act
Board
“Board” means the Tabung Amanah Pekerja Board established by section 3 of the Tabung Amanah Pekerja Board Act;
