The Board may, if the Minister is satisfied that it is in the public interest to do so, engage in activities not directly related to the administration of the Scheme including, in particular, the compilation of information of a statistical nature or otherwise relating to employers and employees and for this purpose the Board may require employers and employees to furnish such particulars as may be necessary.
