the old age pensions; and
any one of the allowances referred to in section 7(b), (c), (d),
and (f), both benefits shall be payable to that person.
statutory conditions
“statutory conditions” means the conditions under which, by virtue of the provisions of this Act and any regulations made thereunder, any person qualifies for any pension or allowance granted in pursuance of this Act.
