His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan may appoint a
Controller of Pensions, a Deputy Controller of Pensions and such Pensions
Controller
“Controller” means the Controller of Pensions, and includes any Deputy Controller, appointed under section 3;
Officers and other officers as he may consider necessary for the carrying out of the provisions of this Act and any regulations or rules made thereunder.
The Deputy Controller and all Pensions Officers and other officers appointed under subsection (1) shall be under the direction of the Controller.
Pensions etc. to be charged on Retirement Fund etc. [S 29/2021]
Retirement Fund
“Retirement Fund” means the Trust Sub-Fund established by section 4(2)(b) of the Sustainability Fund Act;
Controller
“Controller” means the Controller of Pensions, and includes any Deputy Controller, appointed under section 3;
