276A. Use of forceps, except by medical practitioner, prohibited

Any person, other than a registered medical practitioner, who uses mttempts to laseforceps whenassisting in hxklivery of addd shall be punished with imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years, fine not exceeding $8,000 or both.
