( 1) The Authority is responsible for the administration of this Order.
Authority
"Authority" means the Authority for Info-communications Technology Industry of Brunei Darussalam established by section 3 of the Authority for Info-communications Technology Industry of Brunei Darussalam Order, 2001;
The Authority may appoint such number of authorised officers to carry into effect any specific provision of this Order or of any regulations made thereunder.
