61. All ships may be visited by port health officer

Any ship arriving in the waters of Brunei Darussalam may be visited by the port health officer, who may exercise all or any of the powers vested in him by section 60(3) and (4) and shall deal with the ship in the manner provided by this Act or by the regulations made thereunder.
