74. Exemption of postal articles

(1)

Letters and correspondence, printed matter, books, newspapers, business documents and similar documents shall not be subjected to any sanitary measure.

(2)

Parcels conveyed by post shall be subjected to restriction only if their contents include articles to which the restrictions set out in section 76 are applicable.
