89. Recovery of cost of things supplied at a quarantine station

The cost of rations and other things supplied to persons detained in a quarantine station shall be deemed to be a debt due to the Government and shall be recoverable from the owner or agents of the ship in which such persons are conveyed, on the certificate of the port health officer.
