His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, may appoint —
any Member of the Majlis to be the Religious Adviser; and
any person whether a Member of the Majlis or not to be
Secretary of the Majlis.
Secretary
“Secretary” means the Secretary to the Majlis appointed under section 14;
