No business, save that of adjournment, shall be transacted and no resolution or action of the Majlis shall be valid, unless at least one-third of the Members, including the President or the Vice-President, or a person appointed under section 20 to act as Chairman, shall be present.
President
“President” means the President of the Majlis appointed under section 13;
Vice-President
“Vice-President” means the Vice-President of the Majlis appointed under section 13;
