A senior police officer convicted of a criminal charge shall not, unless the Commission otherwise directs, receive any salary from the date of conviction, pending consideration of his case by the Commission.
If the officer's salary has been withheld pending the outcome of the criminal charge, His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan may order forfeiture of such withheld salary.
