15. Officer not to resign or leave Brunei Darussalam

A senior police officer against whom disciplinary proceedi~gs are instituted under these Regulations shall not, without the permission of the Commission, resign or leave Brunei Darussalam during the interval before the disciplinary proceedings are concluded.
