If it appears to the Authority that any person is not a fit and proper person to be employed in connection with any particular type of regulated activities, it may direct that he shall not, without the written consent of the
Authority, be employed in connection with any regulated activities by the regulated person.
The Authority may revoke a disqualification direction.
