s 149Proxy solicitations

(1)

Proxies must be issued and proxy solicitation must be made in accordance with any regulations made by the Authority.

[2)

Proxies 1347

(a}

must be in writing, signed by the capital markets services licence holder or his duly authorised representative and filed in hard copy or electronic format before the scheduled meeting with the corporate secretary;

and

(b)

unless otherwise provided in the proxy or by regulations made by the Authority shall be valid except for the meeting for which it is intended.
