42. Review of awards and orders
In plain English
An adjudicator may review their award or order within 14 days and confirm, vary or reverse it. This does not apply if a party has applied for leave to appeal and does not agree to withdraw. The adjudicator may start a review, or a party may apply within 7 days. A review does not stop a party from appealing.
