s 11Power of Syar'ie Judge to sentence to in~prisonn~ent in default or failure to pay diynt, bridal-al-sulh, nrsy or compensation

(1)

The Syariah Court may award such term of imprisonment in default or failure of payment of dij~at, badal-al-sulh, arsy or compensation as provided in section 193.

(2)

The imprisonment awarded under subsection (1) shall be in addition to a substantive sentence of imprisonment for the maximum term awardable by the Syar'ie Judge.
