The Syariah Court may award such term of imprisonment in default or failure of payment of dij~at, badal-al-sulh, arsy or compensation as provided in section 193.

"arsy " has the same meaning assigned to it under section 12 1 of the Syariah Penal Code Order, 201 3 (S 691201 3);
The imprisonment awarded under subsection (1) shall be in addition to a substantive sentence of imprisonment for the maximum term awardable by the Syar'ie Judge.

"Syar'ie Judge" has the same meaning assigned to it under the Syariah Courts Act;
