155. Syariah Court decision on confirmation

In any case under section 154, the higher Syariah Court may confirm, reverse or amend the decision of the Syariah Court which has passed such sentence or order for retrial or make any order as it thinks fit.

Any decision of the higher Syariah Court shall be unanimous.
