The Chief Syari'e Prosecutor may withdraw or amend the reference at any time before the Syariah Appeal Court has begun the hearing.
reference
"reference" means a reference of a point of law to the Syariah Appeal Court under this Chapter.
After that, the Chief Syari'e Prosecutor may withdraw or amend the reference by leave of the Syariah Appeal Court.
The Chief Syari'e Prosecutor shall cause notice of such withdrawal or amendment to be served on the respondent.
