A Syar'ie judge before whom a complaint is made may dismiss the complaint if, after examining the complainant and recording his examination and considering the result of the inquiry, if any, made under section 95, there is in his judgment no sufficient ground for proceeding.
Syar'ie Judge
"Syar'ie Judge" has the same meaning assigned to it under the Syariah Courts Act;
The Syar'ie Judge dismissing the complaint shall record his reasons for doing so.
inquiry
"inquiry" includes every inquiry conducted before a Syar'ie Judge under this Code;
