205. Acting as procurer

Any person who acts as a procurer between a woman and a man, or between a woman and another woman, or between a man and another man, for any purpose which is contrary to Hukum Syara’ is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $12,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or both.
