This Order may be cited as the Town Planners Registration Order, 2014
and shall commence on a date to be appointed by the Minister, with the approval of His Majesty the SuHan and Yang Di-Pertuan, by notification in the Gazette.

"Minister" means the Minister charged with the responsibility for town planning matters;
