No person shall export or tranship any meat or meat product, except under and in accordance with the conditions of, a licence granted by the Director under this Part.
tranship
"tranship" means to bring any goods into Brunei Darussalam by land, sea or air from any place which is outside Brunei Darussalam and thereafter to remove those goods from the conveyance in which they were brought into Brunei Darussalam and {a) return them to that same conveyance; or {b) transfer them to another conveyance for the purpose of being taken out of Brunei Darussalam, whether those goods are to be transferred directly between conveyances or whether they are to be landed and stored in Brunei Darussalam after they were brought into Brunei Darussalam, pending their being taken out of Brunei Darussalam;
