The Board shall, as soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, cause to be made and transmitted to His Majesty the Sultan and Yang

“Board” means the Brunei Economic Development Board established under section 3;
Di-Pertuan in Council a report dealing generally with the activities of the
Board during the preceding financial year and containing such information relating to the proceedings and activities of the Board as His Majesty the
Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan in Council may direct.
