6. Quorum

The quorum at all meetings of the Board shall be three members present in addition to the chairman.
Board
“Board” means the Brunei Economic Development Board established under section 3;
Every member present at any meeting shall have a right to vote.

“member” means any member of the Board appointed under section 4, and includes the chairman, deputy chairman and the ex-officio members;
In the event of the votes on any question being equal the chairman shall have a casting vote in addition to his original vote.
