There shall be a Board which shall consist of —
a Chairman;
a Deputy Chairman; and
not more than fifteen other members, all of whom shall be appointed by His Majesty the Sultan and Yang
Di-Pertuan.
Brunei National Energy Research Institute
The Board shall be the executive body of the Institute, which may exercise all the powers conferred on the Institute under this Act.
Institute
“Institute” means the Brunei National Energy Research Institute established by section 3;
Schedule 1 shall have effect with respect to the Board, its members and proceedings.
