As soon as practicable after the end of each calender year, the Council shall prepare and submit to His Majesty the Sultan and Yang
Council
“Council” means the National Disaster Council established under section 8;
Di-Pertuan a written report about disaster management in
disaster management
“disaster management” has the meaning ascribed to it by section 5;
Brunei Darussalam.
Disaster Management
The report shall include the following —
information about activities undertaken during that calender year to maintain or enhance disaster management in
Brunei Darussalam;
details of disaster operations performed during that year;
information about priorities for disaster management;
such other matters about disaster management as the Minister considers appropriate.
