Section 8

The Director shall —

cause to be taken down in writing all statements made in response to his requirement under section 6(d);

inquire into all objections raised and applications made in response to such requirement and into the propriety of conceding in and over the forest any privilege which is being or has been exercised but in respect of which no application is made.
