This Order may be cited as the Halal Certificate and Halal Label Order,
certificate
"certificate" means the Halal Certificate issued under subsection (1) of section 6;
2005 and shall commence on a date to be appointed by the Minister, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, by notification published in the Gazette.
The long title of this Order is "An Order to provide for and regulate the issue of certificates and permits in respect of halal food and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto".
