Notwithstanding any other provision in this Order, the Majlis may revoke a certificate or permit if he is satisfied that the certificate holder or permit holder, as the case may be, is contravening or has contravened any provision of this Order or any regulations made thereunder.
Majlis
"Majlis" means the Majlis Ugama Islam constituted under section 5 of the Religious Council and Kadis Courts Act;
certificate
"certificate" means the Halal Certificate issued under subsection (1) of section 6;
