Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Majlis to suspend or revoke a certificate or permit may appeal to the Minister whose decision shall be final.
Majlis
"Majlis" means the Majlis Ugama Islam constituted under section 5 of the Religious Council and Kadis Courts Act;
certificate
"certificate" means the Halal Certificate issued under subsection (1) of section 6;
