No person shall, without the prior written permission of the
Director-General, import or bring or cause to be imported or brought into
Director-General
“Director-General” means the Director-General of Health Services;
Brunei Darussalam any disease-causing organism or any agent of disease capable of transmitting a disease.
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or both.
