Registrar, a Deputy Registrar, Assistant Registrars and such other officers as may be necessary for the proper functioning of the tribunal.
Registrar
“Registrar” means the Registrar of the Small Claims Tribunals appointed under section 14 and includes a Deputy Registrar and an Assistant Registrar;
All the powers and duties conferred and imposed on the Registrar may be exercised and performed by the Deputy Registrar or an
