When preparing a draft Master Plan and finally determining its content for submission to the Minister, the Planning Authority may conduct such public participation or local inquiry if he thinks fit, and shall conduct such inquiry if directed to do so by the Minister.
Minister
“Minister” means the Minister responsible for town and country planning;
Planning Authority
“Planning Authority”, in relation to this Act or any Part or provision of this Act, means the person or persons appointed under section 6(1) to be responsible for the operation of this Act or that Part or provision;
