Any document which —
purports to bear the signature or facsimile signature of the
Planning Authority or an officer authorised under section 6(2); or
is or purports to be authenticated in such other manner as may be prescribed, is deemed, until the contrary is proved, to have been duly prepared, issued or served by the Planning Authority.
In any proceedings under this Act, the contents of any such document shall be presumed to be correct until the contrary is proved.
Planning Authority
“Planning Authority”, in relation to this Act or any Part or provision of this Act, means the person or persons appointed under section 6(1) to be responsible for the operation of this Act or that Part or provision;
