The Controller may order that any former director or officer shall not be a director or officer of or in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned with or take part in the management of any company for such period, not exceeding five years, as the Controller may consider appropriate.

"the Controller" means the person appointed by His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan as Controller of the Bank and the Finance Company for the purposes of this Act;
