10. Vacancies in office of director

If any director dies or resigns or otherwise vacates his office before the expiry of the term for which he has been appointed, another person may be appointed by His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan on the recommendation of the Minister responsible for finance for the unexpired period of the term of office of the director in whose place he is appointed.
