The Perbadanan TAIB may, by instrument under its common seal, appoint a person (whether in Brunei Darussalam or in a place outside
Perbadanan TAIB
“Perbadanan TAIB” means Perbadanan Tabung Amanah Islam Brunei established by section 3;
