Pharmacists Registration Order, 2001 · As enacted

Any person aggrieved by the removal of his name from the register, or by any refusal or failure to enter his name in the register, or by any refusal to issue to him an annual certificate, or by the cancellation of his annual certificate, may appeal to the Minister whose decision shall be final.
