The Director of Pharmaceutical Services shall be the Registrar of

"Registrar" means the Registrar of Pharmacists referred to in section 5. Establishment and constitution of Board.
Pharmacists, who shall be responsible for the maintenance and custody of the register and the performance of such other duties in connection therewith as may be necessary.
