225. Judgment

When the appeal has been heard, the Syariah High Court shall either immediately or on some other day deliver the judgment of which notice shall be given to the parties.

The judgment shall ordinarily be delivered in open court but in the absence of the appellant or for other just cause, the Syariah Court may deliver judgment by service of a written copy or may direct that the judgment be read out in the Syariah Subordinate Court.
