Where the Planning Authority furnishes information of any provision or content of the Master Plan, the District Plan or the Local Plan or any entry in the records kept by the Planning Authority under section 32 to any person in any manner or form whatsoever, the Planning Authority and any officer authorised under section 6(2) shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by that person or any other person by reasons of errors or omissions of whatever nature or however caused, if such information was furnished in good faith and in the ordinary course of the discharge of the duties of the
Planning Authority
“Planning Authority”, in relation to this Act or any Part or provision of this Act, means the person or persons appointed under section 6(1) to be responsible for the operation of this Act or that Part or provision;
Planning Authority or the officer concerned as a delegate of the Planning
Authority.
District Plan
“District Plan” means a land use plan for each of the administrative districts;
Planning Authority
“Planning Authority”, in relation to this Act or any Part or provision of this Act, means the person or persons appointed under section 6(1) to be responsible for the operation of this Act or that Part or provision;
