There shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund —
all planning fees or charges collected by the Planning
Authority under this Act; and
subject to any agreement made between the Minister and any statutory authority referred to in section 6(3) and to any direction of the
Minister, all fines, fees, charges and other moneys collected under this
Act.
No agreement or direction under subsection (1) shall apply to any fees, charges or other moneys which are expressly required by any provision of this Act to be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
Minister
“Minister” means the Minister responsible for town and country planning;
Planning Authority
“Planning Authority”, in relation to this Act or any Part or provision of this Act, means the person or persons appointed under section 6(1) to be responsible for the operation of this Act or that Part or provision;
