The Commissioner or any person authorised by him may in his discretion compound any offence against sections 13, 14, 15, 16, 21, 22 and 24, or against such other provisions of this Order or of any regulations made hereunder as may be prescribed as an offence by regulations made under section 33 which may be 2695
Commissioner
"Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Labour appointed under subsection (1) of section 3 of the Labour Act;
