36. General penalty

Any person who contravenes any provision of this Order (except section 12

or section 2212)) for which no penalty is provided is guilty of an offence against this Order and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding $2,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or both.
