Official textFrom Attorney General's Chambers, unchanged
If, at any time, it appears to the Authority-
that the recognised self-regulating organisation does not make use of the recognition within 12 months, expressly renounces the recognition or has not provided the services in the market for the preceding 6 months;
that the recognised self-regulating organisation has obtained the recognition by making false statements or by any other irregular means;
that the recognised self-regulating organisation is failing, or has failed, to satisfy the recognition requirements;
that the recognised self-regulating organisation is failing, or has failed, to comply with any other obligation imposed on it by or under this
Order;
that the recognised self-regulating organisation is not a fit and proper organisation to be recognised as providing the services in question; or
that the continued recognition of the organisation is undesirable having regard to the existence of one or more other organisations which have been or are to be recognised or the interests of Brunei Darussalam, it may make a further order revoking the recognition order for that self-regulatory organisation even though that organisation does not wish the order to be made.
